Hello everyone, how are you? I’m wishing you a blissful day colored with tons of good things. Tata-chan is here updating her dusty abandoned blog. Too complicated behind-the-scene reasons for the missing action – well, let’s just pretend that Professor Lidenbrock invited me for another Journey to the Centre of the Earth *teehee. Friends, I’m so thrilled to finally be able to give my new e...
Time flies pretty fast, and my days revolve pretty hectic here (final term). However, let's cherish it... The holy month, Ramadan, has finally come bringing the fullest love and joy :D. Marhaban ya Ramadan Kareem… After spending seven years observing Ramadan fasting away from home with beloved boardinghouse mates, this year’s is wonderfully spent at home with beloved family, alhamdulillaah ^^...

A quick bento parade post for today ^^. Yes, today I share some bentoing ideas from my previous (err... a long time ago ^^) bento classes. Having bento classes, frankly, is not my regular activity; it's for fun and sharing activities. When friends asked me for a bento class and then I had no tight schedule at campus, then I would love to say yes for their invitations. And all the times, the bento...
Errr.... How do I begin?  What should I write? Do I still have the right to blog after abandoning it for a very long time irresponsibly? *falling on my knees* I’m a bad, sinful, sinful blogger T__T *forgive me... *Lee Kwang Soo’s style :DRead more »...
World is just like a book with million pages; if we only stay in a certain place, it means that we are stagnant on a single page. No movement, no progress. That’s I what I felt of myself before God gave me a chance to see His other page of the world. I feel so grateful and blessed that He finally permitted me :). One of the best things is that when you have a dream that you always hold and give...
Can't think of anything except my massive gratefulness to My Dear God Allah SWT, Bento&Co, and Japan Experience.... Soon in Kyoto! Insha Allah :). I will actually fly to Osaka in the next few days, but I will spend two days first with my BFF in Jakarta :D. I know there will be no Sakura blossoms anymore in Japan, but I still dream of being on board on the Shinkansen LOL :D. Photo Courtesy of Bento...

It is with heartfelt sorrow to start this post with my deep and sincerest condolence to our brothers and sisters in Aceh who have lost loved ones in the devastating 6.1 magnitude earthquake happened on July 2, 2013. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone there. I know it is really hard for them as they were supposed to welcome the Holy Month of Ramadan in joy, togetherness, and happiness.
So many new and surprising things happened to me lately. In the middle of my excitement preparing the future trip to Kyoto, a sudden duty from campus that I have to join a community service in Cilodong Bogor, East Java, for a month has made my world turning down wildly. I have to race with time to make my very first passport *grin* quickly and finish everything dealing with teaching 3 weeks faster...
Some days ago I visited Happy Little Bento, and thank you Sheri for reminding me again about Children's Day Celebration. I tried to look for my bento that suits the theme, and found this Sporty Boy and Cute Girl Bento :D. I made this bento for my very first bento workshop conducted in September 2012 together with my book's launching. Before I become bubbly with the workshop, let me show you...
"Blogging can help us to improve our writing skill" - aye, that's true! But when you stop blogging for quite a while, then the skill will degrade - and that's exactly what happens to me :(. It feels like my fingers are stiff to dance on and tap the lined letter buttons on the keyboard. I hear them saying, "What and how are we supposed to move? Which letter buttons should we tap to form some cluste...
Today, I come across with a popular and beloved Korean street food, Tteokbokki (떡볶이). This dish is very easy and simple to make. I know this dish also from Korean drama. In a number of scenes, some Korean students are having good times snacking a dish that looks so hot, spicy and yummy from the street carts (pojangmacha) as an after-school snack. At first, I always wonder what the dish is. S...
I love watching Korean drama, do you? :D. It's always a refreshment to enjoy the romance and the comedy of its story. When my addiction to K-Drama reaches the peak, I can stay awake all day long even more than 24 hours staring at my computer monitor. I pause only for taking a bath or having shalat; meals are enjoyed while watching the drama - Am I that bad? Yes yes yes :D. What can I do? The "unkn...
I'd have no idea that March 3rd is Girls' Day if I didn't visit Sheri's HK Hinamatsuri Bento blog post. I've planned to spend my Sunday to make my Hinamatsuri bento but then my mom came visiting me that I just couldn't resist to spend my Sunday for a quality time with her :D. Actually, I previously have made some girl-themed bentos, but always forgot to post them in the right celebration time.So,...
The weather hasn't only been gloomy, it also has become more "playful" recently. The cold evening air accompanied by grumbling, scary and noisy wind, often makes me enjoy hibernating in our boardinghouse's warm and cozy living room while watching good tv programs or soccer matches. A special case of me, I think the cold evening also often makes me get hungry so easily LOL *oh well, I think it's th...
