This day's dinner was a typical Chinese menu that is often made in Japanese homes. I made gyoza with wings → when done frying the gyoza, for the last step, simply pour corn-starch liquid over gyoza which is still on the pan, to make extra crispy crust. Chinjao Rosu is translated as Chinese Green Pepper Stir Fry. Usually using thin sliced beef, this time I made the vegetarian version, using green paprika, bamboo shoots, and carrots.
